Warranty

Prior to handing over your keys, you can rest assured that a complete inspection has been completed on your home. After handing over the keys, we follow up with a one-year walkthrough to make sure your home is exceeding your expectations.

Maintenance

Make sure to follow the seasonal maintenance guidelines set out in the New Home Warranty manual. This will keep your new home operating as efficiently as possible.
